After graduating from Liverpool University as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2007, Ash went on to complete his vocational training in North Wales. Having successfully completed the training year he worked in both private and NHS practices.
Ash’s main areas of interest are oral surgery, implant surgery, restorative cosmetic dentistry and treating anxious and dental phobic patients with dental sedation.
Ash is a family man and adores spending time with his three children. In his spare time he enjoys keeping fit, travelling and supporting Liverpool FC.

Estelle qualified from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 1997 with honours and clinical distinction, gaining several prizes for both her academic and clinical cases. She is a very experienced dentist having worked in private practice for over 20 years. She is committed personally to her own continuing professional development to ensure she can offer her patients the very latest in treatment options. She has undergone advanced implant training courses and is involved in both the surgical placement of dental implants (both conventionally and using the latest guided techniques) and the restoration of dental implants.
Estelle has a special interest in short term orthodontic treatment and is an Invisalign and Six Month Smiles accredited practitioner
She also offers facial rejuvenation treatment after completing the anti-wrinkle injection and dermal filler training at the highly acclaimed Bob Khanna training institute in Reading. Outside of dentistry Estelle is married with 2 children and enjoys running and fitness.
Dr Dev Manu has trained as a Specialist Prosthodontist, who has a passion for restoring smiles and helping patients regain both function and confidence with natural aesthetic dentistry.
He completed his undergraduate dental training at King’s College London, being a rare double-award receiver on graduation, before going on to gain valuable experience across a range of hospital posts in restorative and surgical dentistry.
Dev’s approach is patient-centred and detail-driven: he takes time to understand each person’s concerns and treatment goals, ensuring every plan is carefully designed to achieve long-lasting results.
He has recently moved back to the West Midlands and when not at work can often be found distance running or spending time with his family and friends.

Amy has a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy RCS Eng 2013 and is fully qualified in CPR and First aid training, and partakes in AED Training annually.

Allison is the practice manager and works across all 3 of our practices.
You will mainly see Allison on reception but she is likely to keep her hand in working in the surgery occasionally. Her main areas of interest are sedation, implants and smile designs, there’s nothing more rewarding than giving someone a smile to be proud of.
Allison is always happy to help in answering any questions you may have regarding your dental care.

You will see Jess both at reception and in surgery. Jess really enjoys her role as receptionist and senior dental nurse and building that rapport with our patients. When Jess is not at work she is caring for her 2 sons, Arthur & Caleb. She also enjoys socialising with friends and walking her dog, Damson!

You will see Danni mainly in surgery and occasionally on reception. She enjoys working as a dental nurse and her particular area of interest is implant surgery and oral surgery. In her spare time Danni likes socialising with friends, family and her two dogs.

Nyki is a qualified dental nurse who also supports our reception team. Her kind, calming nature makes her wonderfully reassuring to patients, whether she’s assisting in the surgery or welcoming visitors at the front desk. Dedicated and approachable, she plays an important role in helping our practice run smoothly.

Nikki is an experienced and highly skilled dental nurse who plays an important role within our senior team. She has a particular passion for surgical dentistry and enjoys supporting complex treatments, especially dental implant procedures.
Away from the practice, Nikki spends her time caring for her son, Owen, and balancing the busy life of a dedicated mum.
Sara is a hardworking trainee dental nurse who is progressing brilliantly, working across all three of our practices. Sara is close to completing her course and becoming a qualified dental nurse. She is already an asset to the team.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Jessin has completed her dentistry degree in India and is currently working in the UK as a dental nurse and dental therapist. She is known for her friendly manner and patient-centred approach. Her long-term goal is to complete the training required to become a UK-qualified dentist.
Recently married, Jessin is currently living in the UK with her husband and enjoying building a new life together while continuing to grow in her professional career.
AJ recently joined the team and has fitted in really well. In her spare time, she enjoys playing video games and taking photos. You will often see AJ in the surgeries.
Claire began her dental nursing career at just 17 years old and
has since become an invaluable part of our senior team. With years of experience both in the surgery and front of house, she now works primarily on reception, where her warm manner and excellent organisational skills help keep the practice running smoothly. Outside of work, Claire is a busy mum to three sporty girls who keep her on her toes with their various clubs and activities.
